The Time Is NowZen Mindfulness Groups/Walks

These are drop-in groups/walks for anyone interested in mindfulness and learning more about it. The cost of each drop-in is £5 a session (although check out the IZen:UZen subscription page)

Each group offers mindfulness meditations as well as general discussion on mindfulness and what it can do to help you in your life; and assist with your ongoing practice.

I currently run weekly groups (online) at:

  • Monday evening 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
  • Tuesday evening 6.30pm-7.30pm

These sessions are suitable for beginners, and cover a different aspect of mindfulness each week. There’s no pressure to attend every week, these are drop-in sessions to give you some mindful practice and tips for taking away with you.

In addition, I also run weekly:

  • Wednesday morning mindful walk 10.30am-11.30am – Falkland Estate (a short social walk practising/discussing mindfulness as we go (cost £5 per session)
  • Saturday morning online guided meditations 9am-9:20am (cost £2 per session or £7.50 for 4 sessions)
