In this cloaked dark, made to conceal,
Is a bright spark, bathing to reveal:

I am so caught up in this moment,
Harnessing the hopeful joy and teases

Holding hands, delightful small squeezes:
As we look at the moon,
Its glows harmonising with my mood,
Brimming with emotions in bloom,
Radiant in a fusion of minds' spirits, so good.
All the tenacious struggles ebb,
Those foolish emotions, entrapment and fleeting:
Selfish motives locked, trapped in a web
Of longings and people in meeting.
Let the pale, delicate light,
Gorge upon our fragile mortal forms,
Imbue us with universal might,
Make dark memories shatter and crack in their dominion.
In this passion, new colours emerge,
Shades of new fashion, old thoughts scourged:
Your presence, wanted in kind,
Your magnificence, exalted in my mind.
I am so caught up in your moment,
Coming once more in the depths of night,
Your power, confident and potent,
By a mere word or infectious laugh to light:
As we look at the moon,
It smoulders in beautiful symmetry,
As I feel my spirit waken to new emotion,
Cascading moonlit tears of liquid majesty.
All those dark paths are trod,
Those pebbles, tripping and wrong footing:
Unseen, in the dark of night and the faithless god,
Personal thoughts of misery, embedded and rooting,
Now ripped asunder, with the piercing of the light,
New faith surging, apparent and existing,
Sensual awareness filling my core and eternal flight
Into transformed mirth and benevolence twisting...
