These are drop-in groups for anyone interested in mindfulness and learning more about it. The cost of each drop-in is £5 a session (although check out the IZen:UZen subscription page)
Each group offers mindfulness practices as well as general discussion on mindfulness and what it can do to help you in your life; and assist with your ongoing practice.
I currently run weekly groups online (due to the Coronavirus) at:
- Monday evening 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
- Tuesday evening 6.30pm-7.30pm
- Wednesday evening 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
These sessions are suitable for beginners, and cover a different aspect of mindfulness each week. There’s no pressure to attend every week, these are drop-in sessions to give you some mindful practice and tips for taking away with you. Due to the virus we’re online using a site called Whereby (a bit like Zoom).
